As part of our ever-growing range of music-inspired clothing, the team at djektd have announced the first garments available as part of the new “Iconic Collection”. This collection is inspired by music gear that has helped define music and music industry over the years.
The initial gear to be featured as part of the Iconic Collection are the electronic drum and bass units from Roland that helped form the sounds of hip-hop and house, as well as being used by pop, rock and r’n’b musicians over the years.
Currently there are designs recognising the TB-303, TR-606, TR-808 and TR-909, with designs for the TR-707 to follow soon. Each design in the collection features the familiar djektd cutout-style finish and often utilises colour schemes and pattens to help pay tribute to the instrument in particular.
